Puttenham Golf Club

Club Details

Puttenham is one of the oldest and finest golf clubs in Surrey, originally formed in 1894 by a group of Army Officers, Charterhouse School Masters and local businessmen.

Built on sandy soil our course drains naturally and remains dry underfoot even in the wettest winter months.

Puttenham offers a challenging and picturesque 18-hole tree-lined course with Professional's shop, practice facilities, as well as a fully licensed bar and restaurant offering delicious home-cooked food to be enjoyed by members and visitors alike.

Puttenham welcomes weekday green fee and society visitors (bookings to be made in advance). We also have some green fee slots on weekend afternoons during the Spring/Summer months.

Full membership at Puttenham works out at a little over £21 per week with 5-day membership costing just over £17 per week. Full and 5-day members also have free weekday access to a number of other courses within about an hour's drive of Puttenham as well as discounted green fees to some of the more local clubs. As a members' Club, all surplus income is reinvested in the course and facilities.
